Large boat dock with extended platform - plenty of space for water fun! Dock has one covered slip and cleats on both sides for extra boats or jetskis. Extendable ladder for easy access in and out of water. During summer "pool" there are only 4 steps to dock bridge.
Rec Room on ground level includes two large sofas (one is a sleeper sofa), large screen TV for movie nights, an armoire/desk for playing games, or computer work. Games for family fun included along with a small library for lakeside reading...not to mention stunning big water view!
This house is in the Cove Pointe Community - which offers a private boat launch ramp for its residence. You will pass the launch ramp as you enter into the community - it's just to the right after the Cove Point Community sign. This is about a mile from the rental house. After launch, the driveway to the house is long and flat enough to store boat trailer(s).
